Modify an order

You have the option to modify the orders received in your account. This can be useful, especially for enhancing orders or applying promotions.

1. When you receive a new order, click the View button.

2. In the Details tab, you will be able to:

   1. Modify the quantities of products

      

   2. Modify the product price, discount, and taxes by clicking on the blue price.

   3. Add items to the order

3. Once you have finished your modifications, click on 'Accept' to confirm the order. You will then receive a notification confirming the shipment of your order, and its status will be updated in your account.

If your order is not ready to be accepted immediately, you can save it and come back later to accept it. Once it's ready, click on 'Accept' to confirm the order.

You can use the Restore button to bring the order back to its initial state, before modifications.
