Modifying the status of an order
Updating the status of your orders will ensure that your order information is always up-to-date and reliable. And here is how!
Step 1: Go to the "Orders" tab.
Step 2: Click on the "View" button next to the order you wish to modify.
Step 3: In the order window, click on the arrow button to access the available statuses.
Step 4: From the dropdown, select the status you want to apply to the order, and click the blue button to apply it.
Careful! Cancelling an order is irreversible.
