6. Let's add clients!

Last but not least, we need to add clients to your account!

You have a few different options when it comes to adding customers:

Mass importing your existing clients

Mass sending connection requests to potential clients

Gradually adding retailers manually

Mass importing your existing clients

The Client Success Manager accompanying you in your PivoHub journey can help you import the list of your already existing customers into the platform. 

If you already have a list of your customers in CSV format that contains at least the name of the business and its full address, you can send it to us so that we can add it to your account.

Mass sending connection requests to prospects

If you would like to mass send connection requests to a large number of retailers with whom you do not yet have a business relationship, we can help you save time! Simply fill out this form and we will give you a helping hand (page in construction, sorry for the inconvenience).

Gradually adding retailers manually

You can manually add retailers to your account anytime via the Retailer page.

Step 1: On the Retailers page, click on the Add Retailer button.

Step 2: Start typing the retailer's name or address in the search bar and select the retailer you want to add.

Step 3: Add the missing information to the form.

Step 4: Click Send.

Add retailers

Before a new retailer can see your products and order from you, they first have to accept the connection request. 

The different connection statuses and what they mean:
