We hope you had a great holiday season and we wish you a happy 2021! We also want to let you know that the new year is bringing some improvements to PivoHub. The updates are scheduled for Thursday, December 7th at 10:00PM.
Improved order management interface
It's easier than ever to change an order after it has been submitted. You can manage bottle deposits and discounts directly in the order management view and, if necessary, correct quantities if there are breakages or returns.
If you manage different types of products, you can now apply taxes per item and preview the price with taxes when creating new products. When ordering, you can adjust which taxes apply for each item.
What do I need to do?
Simply refresh the page on Friday morning or click on the "New version available" button to load the new version. We also invite you to take a look at our knowledge base for more information.
