Before performing an import, you will need to make sure that your Quickbook informations are correctly entered in your PivoHub account.
Step 1: From the main menu, select "Export".
Step 2: Select "Settings".
Step 3: In your Quickbooks account, find the name of your "Revenue Account", your "Deposit Account" and your "Discount Account".
If you don't already have these accounts in your "Quickbooks", you will need to create them. Learn how to do so by clicking here.
Step 4: Add the names of these accounts in the space provided on your PivoHub account.
Step 5: Once you have entered the information, click on "Save".
