The geographical map

The geographical map allows you to quickly see where your current customers are located. This way, you will be able to see which regions are already well developed and which regions you could target eventually, depending on your sales strategies.

The filters

To refine your search, you can choose to apply filters on the map that will allow you to obtain more detailed data. 

The filters are divided into main filters and sub-filters, with the latter offering different values within a drop-down menu.

To access them, simply
  • click on the four tabs (main filters) at the top of the map
  • choose your sub-filter
  • click in the 'Value' field to bring up the drop-down menu

Values in sub-filters

To select a value from the drop-down menu of a sub-filter, click in the Value field, click on the desired value in the drop-down menu and finally click on Save.

Example:  

👉 The Order Date sub-filter offers the values This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Year, Specific Time Period and many others.

👉 The Region sub-filter proposes the values Bas-Saint-Laurent, Estrie, Laurentides, Mauricie, Montréal, Montérégie, etc.

The choices available in the sub-filters are numerous and will be updated regularly, so we invite you to explore them directly in the platform.

Additional Sales Data

Below the map you will find sections with additional sales data. The data displayed in these sections reflects the filters you have applied in the map. If you have not applied any filters in the map, your global sales data will be displayed in the sections below.

Clients by rank

This section identifies the clients who buy the most and those who buy less. It also allows you to see data such as the percentage of revenue, the frequency of orders, the value and date of the last order, the average per order and the total orders per retailer.

The Create Order button allows you to place an order for this retailer in PivoHub. The button takes you directly to the form to place the order.

Sales by region

This section allows you to view the percentage and detailed data of your sales by region. By clicking on the individual sections, you will be redirected to a table containing detailed data specific to the selected region. 

Best-sellers

This section will help you understand which products are currently selling best. You can further sort the data by clicking on the individual column titles.

Sales by distributor

This section is useful if you work with one or more distributors and would like to know what percentage of your orders are delivered by each. By clicking on the individual sections, you will be redirected to a table containing detailed data specific to the selected distributor.

 

Sales by representative

If you work with reps, this section will help you analyze their performance. The table shows the percentage of orders entered into PivoHub by person. To see the results in detail, just click on the person's name in the table. 

Sales by corporate group

This section allows you to visualise the percentage of your sales by corporate group (for example, the different supermarket chains). Click on a section to view the data in detail. 

Sales by client category

This section is useful for viewing the percentage of your sales by customer category (e.g. supermarkets, convenience stores, grocery stores, specialty stores, and others). Click on a section to view the data in detail. 

Top 20 products

This section gives you a quick visual overview of your top 20 products. Simply click on each product to see the detailed data for that product.

Sales by container

This section allows you to analyse your sales by product container. To view the sales data by container in detail, simply hover over and click on the container of your choice in the table.
