Your user settings will allow you to select your username, to modify your password as well as your notification settings.
Go to 'User Settings' via your main menu.
Adding your username
Choose a username and add it in the 'Name' field.
Changing your password
Click on the 'Change my password' button to receive an email containing the instructions on how to change your password.
Activate or deactivate your notifications
There are two ways to be notified of recent activities related to your account on PivoHub. You can choose the method you prefer depending on the type of activity (order, invitation, message, etc.).
Ways to receive notifications
Via email: Receive an email updating you on the latest activities related to your account.
Via platform notification: Receive notification directly on the platform.
Activating and deactivating notifications
You can activate and deactivate notifications by simply toggling an activity on and off
Types of notifications
Message concerning an order | A message related to an order has arrived. The notification will indicates the order number as well as the details of the message. |
Integration failed an operation because of a configuration error |
Linked to upcoming accounting system integrations |

Message from a company | A retailer wants to get in touch with you. Click on the notification to read their message. |
New invoice when shipment has returns | A new invoice (when the shipment has returns) has been published. The invoice number is specific in the notification. |
Order pending | You have received an order! Go to your 'Orders' page to accept or reject the order. |
Retailer proposal | You have received a connection proposal from a retailer. |
Transfer canceled | A distributor did not accept your inventory transfer. |
Transfer pending | You have a pending inventory transfer. |
Transfer received by recipient | Your distributor has acknowledged reception of your inventory transfer. |
User invitation | A user invitation for your account has been sent. |
